4 stars for a Harvey's??? But it's just fast food!!!
Well if that's how you feel you haven't met Andy!
Looking for a place to grab a bite with limited time we decided to see our old friend Harvey. We were met by the extremely friendly Andy who took our order with a smile.
I don't know about you but I'm really tired of giving my hard earned money to someone who either doesn't like their job or doesn't want to be there or even worse....both.
But not Andy! He was welcoming, outgoing and made the customer experience great...the entire staff did.
I'd definitely go back. But for now....I may need the treadmill!!

I love Harvey burgers. I mean I think they are the best burger.
However I am tired of "old" dried out burgers that I get from a lot of chains. I shouldn' have to ask but I always ask for " from scratch" or fresh cooked.
Tonight I got it . The absolute best.
They have also added some new Shake flavours and some premium options.
Try the Capucchino.
I will go back as long as I can have fresh burgers.

How long does a burger have to sit before it gets cold Harvey's? I doubt it was the 3 minute drive from the restaurant to my home. My son's crispy chicken was warm however the Angus burger I had was cold. I did not eat it as I wasn't sure if it was safe at that point. Will not be wasting any more money at this Harvey's.

we stopped in here last night for a super quick bite to eat before an event. Now I've been to a few Harvey's in my lifetime and mostly the experience has been good. it IS fast food so you can't be expecting anything too glorious, but the service here wasn't great. the staff were friendly but so slooooow. there wasn't anyone in line ahead of us, and I'm unsure of how many people were in the drive thru lineup, but it took them a good 5 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. I ordered a poutine, same as my guy, and our friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a poutine. after they took our order it was another couple of minutes before they took our friends'. it took about 10-15 minutes to make our food. the fries didn't really taste cooked, and the amount of gravy made the poutines look like soup. even for fast food it was pretty crappy, and not fast... go elsewhere
